Check-Out (without hired cleaning)

1. Sheets washed and dried (Used set left in dryer is fine!)

2. Turn over beds with clean sheets found above the dryer.

3. Run vacuum / sweep floors as necessary (vacuum in downstairs closet)

4. Bathroom:  Ensure space is clean, clean toilets and hard surfaces as necessary.  Wash and replace towels.

5. Kitchen: Dishwasher loaded and ran.  Wipe counters and clear items from the fridge.

6. Trash - Take all trash to the dumpster located in the ally.

7. Turn off all lights/ Shut Curtains / close and lock all windows / return any furniture moved to original location.  Set thermostat to "away."

8. Lock the deadbolt ONLY.  Please do not lock handle.

Check-Out (with hired cleaning) $100

1. Place used bedsheets and towels near washing machine.

2. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

3. Take trash to the dumpster located in the ally

4. Turn off all lights / Shut Curtains / Close and lock all windows / Return all furniture to original location / Set thermostat to "away."

5. Lock the deadbolt ONLY.  Please do not lock handle.
